Child Safety Policy

At Chatcast, protecting children and preventing any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is a top priority. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content, behavior, or activity that endangers minors, promotes the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors, or violates our age restrictions.

We are fully committed to complying with all applicable child safety laws and regulations (including COPPA), and we actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies and relevant child protection organizations (such as NCMEC) when necessary.

Our Standards

Our standards strictly prohibit:

Reporting

If you encounter any behavior or content in a live "Glass House" session or chat that may involve the exploitation or endangerment of a child, please report it immediately using our in-stream reporting tools or by contacting our Child Safety team directly.
