Child Safety Policy
At Chatcast, protecting children and preventing any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is a top priority. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content, behavior, or activity that endangers minors, promotes the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors, or violates our age restrictions.
We are fully committed to complying with all applicable child safety laws and regulations (including COPPA), and we actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies and relevant child protection organizations (such as NCMEC) when necessary.
Our Standards
Our standards strictly prohibit:
- The use of the Chatcast app by anyone under the age of 13.
- The use of Chatcast monetization, tipping, or prediction market features by anyone under the age of 18.
- Any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE).
- Sharing, uploading, broadcasting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) via live audio, text, or imagery.
- Grooming, soliciting, or attempting to engage inappropriately with minors through our platform.
- Misrepresenting your age or identity to bypass our safety and monetization gates.
